Sarri believes there could be even more to come, with the 27-year-old having contributed one goal and two assists to the Chelsea cause in 2018-19. I think he needs to improve from the tactical point of view, nothing else. "He could be the best left-back in the world". Four of those sides were crowned champions, but Sarri was in no mood to indulge talk of the title so early in the season. I think he will be important for sure. We'll see if Maurizio Sarri's Chelsea focus on Europe this season, while Sevilla are specialists in the cup competitions.

"I think so [he can push for a start]".

Speaking to the BBC after the game, Maurizio Sarri reflected: "I'm really very happy with my players. Not until the end of the season".

Chelsea were drawn against PAOK, BATE Borisov of Belarus and Hungarian outfit MOL Vidi in Friday's Europa League draw and Sarri says Loftus-Cheek will have a big part to play when the Blues' busy schedule kicks in.

"The match was very hard against a very organised team".

Yet while Chelsea enjoyed plenty of possession they created only a few chances and could easily have found themselves trailing at the interval.

The best and worst of David Luiz was on show in the first half.

Later in the first half, he allowed Wilson to control and lay the ball off before drifting away from the striker as he moved unmarked into the penalty area. They are doing well in the week and the matches.

Chelsea will look to maintain their flawless start to the season when they host Bournemouth at the Stamford Bridge on Saturday.

"But we are very keen to keep the momentum from what has been a really positive beginning". "They improved very well during the week and in matches".

"I asked him, 'Why Empoli?' and he told me he was studying all the little clubs in Italy and France at the time, and he was impressed with Empoli". We can improve. Especially in the performance, of course.

Chelsea were dominant but were unable to convert their chances until the 72nd minute.

"It depends upon the situation on the pitch", Sarri said of his decision.
