On Sunday, the College Football Playoff committee made its decision regarding what four teams would make it to the Playoff on December 29.

ESPN announced the game times for the December 29 playoff semifinals Sunday afternoon and the Tigers (13-0) will take on No. 3 Notre Dame (12-0) at 4 p.m. on ESPN.

Notre Dame is in the College Football Playoff for the first time in its brief five-year history, while the Tigers will play in their fourth straight after winning the ACC championship the last four years.

With everything going to chalk, one spot opens up in the top four of the College Football Playoff Top 25 after Alabama's come-from-behind victory over Georgia in the SEC championship game.
