With the news dropping recently that Black Panther's "All The Stars" and A Star Is Born's "Shallow" would be the only nominated songs performed at the 91st Academy Awards, Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper made a decision to get a bit of impromptu practice in.

Bradley Cooper directs and stars in A Star Is Born alongside Lady Gaga.

Lady Gaga had a special surprise for attendees of last night's Enigma Las Vegas show. I don't know if you know him but his name is Bradley.

Shallow is the closing number of Gaga's Enigma show, however the audience had no idea that it would be performed as a duet, according to Page Six. "Yo Bradley, you wanna come up and do this one with me?"

As Gaga vocalised, Cooper moved around the stage, exhorting the crowd to applaud her performance and playing air guitar.

In video clips shared on social media from concert-goers, Gaga sits at the piano while Cooper is on a stool as they sing the Oscar-nominated track together.

"I can't hear anything", he joked, telling the crowd, "Hello Vegas", before singing his verse in the Oscar-nominated song.

"Shallow" won a Golden Globe for Best Original Song and was nominated for an Academy Award for the same prize.

Things escalated to an even more magical level when Lady Gaga took the helm and sang her part.
