Manikarnika witnesses a big jump in its collections on day two

This period drama earned Rs 8.75 crore on opening day. Friday 8.75 cr, Sat 18.10 cr.

Manikarnika box office collection Day 2: The much-awaited film of Kangana Ranaut that was in buzz before its release in the theatres, has finally witnessed growth at the box office.

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to his Twitter account to share the box office numbers of Thackeray.

Manikarnika has released in around 50 countries and it has got 3000 screens whether in the overseas market it got 700 screens. The film had also courted several controversies over the alleged portrayal of Laxmibai followed by Sonu Sood refusing to reshoot his scenes, as requested by Kangana, who co-directed the film with Krish.

Made under the banners of Kairos Kontent Studios, Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi stars Atul Kulkarni, Jisshu Sengupta, Richard Keep, Suresh Oberoi, Danny Densongpa, Ankita Lokhande, R. Bhakti Klein, Nihar Pandya, Rajiv Kachroo, Yash Tonk, Unnati Davara, Taher Shabbir, Manish Wadhwa and Nalneesh Neel.
