"Here's the deal. So many people have been stealing my money". Kelly called his accusers liars and alleged that people are after him for his money. "I just felt he had a lot of emotion, he wanted to release it".

Detroit detectives are looking into a new allegation regarding Kelly having sex with an underage girl. Court docs obtained by CNN say the R&B singer owes more than $169,000 in unpaid child support to ex-wife Andrea Kelly.

The singer - pictured above arriving in court today - left the courtroom in handcuffs and a rep for the sheriff's office told the paper he is returning to Cook County Jail, where he spent three days after being arrested on 10 counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse involving four victims - three of whom were minors - on February 22. "The incident allegedly occurred in the City of Detroit when the victim was 13 years old". The Lifetime program aired in January and chronicled decades of allegations of sexual abuse of young girls and women at the hands of Kelly, who has consistently denied the claims.

Investigators reportedly questioned Howard about one of Kelly's girlfriends, Azriel Clary, who reportedly traveled over state lines to be with the singer when she was 17.

In the docuseries "Surviving R. Kelly", Clary's parents said she pushed them to allow her to work with Kelly in the music industry. When asked by CBS' Gayle King about his financial situation, and reports that his income was estimated at hundreds of millions of dollars, Kelly quipped that it was "one rumor I wish was true". He also said she wouldn't look him in the eye when they spoke recently.

"They feel that Robert has been maligned, that their own parents are lying.that interview is very eye-opening", King said. "[But] they're pressured [not to see him], and I get it". Clary went on to explain, "We both have our individual relationships with him, and we all are family together".

But Clary bristled when King asked if they were in a three-way sexual relationship.

"When I first met Robert, my parents told me to lie about my age", said Clary.

"If you get someone who is ranting and raving, I would never let that kind of person ever do an interview", he said. "If he doesn't send $20,000 to this bank account by Monday, oh, I'm gonna put everything out there, and then $10,000 after that.'" said Clary.

Clary's parents have not responded to their daughter's claims yet, however, in a press conference on Wednesday, an attorney for Savage's parents denied they ever received money from Kelly.

They slammed their parents, who they say have gone public with their concerns to make money.
