Self-Image, or the way one views themselves both physically, and internally or mentally & emotionally, is essential to a successful and fulfilling life. When we view ourselves both realistically & honestly in a positive way, we enable more possibilities for a richer, fuller lifestyle.
Take a minute here, and tell me: What does self-Image mean to you? And is yours positive or negative? How important is it to you?
I ask because, in my opinion, it is essential to maintain a positive self-Image for a healthy lifestyle. When we have a positive Self-Image of ourselves we are:
-We walk taller, speak & act more assertively, command greater respect.
-Look & act in a way that others see us as a positive influence.
-Happier & Healthier-
-Not only do we look better & more assured, but we truly feel better inside & out.
-Our health improves as our stress level drops. Blood pressure
-Other health risk factors also decrease.
-More Influential & Inspiring-
-When we feel better & more assured of our abilities, we project that outwards for others to see.
-Others will want to follow us. Others will feel the energy pour from our true self and in turn feed their energy and drive. It will be contagious. They will literally become fixed on the secret behind our infectious gravity.
Our body is our temple, and as a temple it deserves to be well-maintained, worshiped, and most notably respected. How does one respect & worship their own body without being narcissistic? What’s even more, how do we convey that respect to others in a way that they will also respect us & our body?
It’s simple. They just will! When we believe in the image we hold of ourselves, something amazing happens…
-PEOPLE TAKE NOTICE!!!
The negative Nancy’s, the critics, the naysayers all fall away. They can’t hold a candle to your beauty and power. Their critiques fall on deaf ears, they focus on how to shine like you instead of trying to dull your shine. And in fact, you are the first one to silence the body shaming. It starts with you!
So how do we stop shaming ourselves or others for their appearances? By applying the principles of self-love & self-appreciation. A healthy diet, exercise, daily mantras, and conscious living all aid to build our self-esteem which increases self-love and ends the shame spiral.
We don’t need the surgeries, the beauty products, or starvation diets- All you need is a little self-appreciation. It is really that simple.

Change your routine. Walk to work, ride a bicycle, take the bus…Get out of your car!
BELIEVE IN YOURSELF!!! YOU ARE THE MEASURE OF YOUR OWN SUCCESS!!!
SO GO ON- GIVE YOURSELF A HUG, AND A PAT ON THE BACK AND GO SHOW THE WORLD WHAT YOU CAN DO!
